Career And Aspiration

Is it really difficult to get into desired job?
What we are looking for, is our aspiration and what employers are looking for, is their requirement.
If you are interested in same career what employers in outside world are looking for, its not a problem, but what if there is a mismatch.

    Oh, you hate your job? Why didn't you say so? There's a support group for that. It's called EVERYBODY, and they meet at the bar.

    Wow...I like that...But I don't hate my job...but the way its executed..i hate that..Need to make some changes...
